Carbide Heading Dies for Long Runs

Our tungsten carbide cold heading dies are chosen where tool life decides the cost per part: stainless steel, high-strength alloys and long production runs. The carbide core carries the forming load and holds size, while a tough steel casing resists cracking — so a carbide cold heading die runs far longer between regrinds than a conventional tool steel die.

From Drawing to Production

Send us a part drawing, a sample, or simply your machine model and station layout. We confirm the die material, the tolerance you need and the tool life you can expect, then quote. If you have nothing but a part number, that is often enough to start.

Two Plants, One Contract

We operate two factories in China. Ordering from a supplier set up this way usually means two contracts and two invoices — we have arranged ours so you never deal with that.

• BenC Mould carries full quality responsibility for the complete set — not just the part we machined.
