Yuyao Benchuang Mould Factory, founded in 2009, is an original-source manufacturer of multi-station cold heading precision tungsten-carbide dies and die accessories in the Yangtze River Delta — focused on fastener cold forming tooling, delivering complete die solutions for screw, bolt, rivet and automotive special-fastener makers.
Our core line-up covers two families: complete cold heading die sets — six-piece / four-piece combination dies, three-piece open & close dies, sleeve dies, triangular dies, special-shaped non-standard dies, non-standard shank-reduction dies, eccentric dies, ejector-tube combination dies, scissor cut-off dies, drawing dies and full tungsten-carbide upper punches — and precision punch & pin accessories. Our patented open & close dies are a flagship strength, proven for special-shaped and hard-to-eject parts.
We run precision grinders, wire-cut EDM and die-sinking EDM, backed by profile projectors, vision measuring machines and concentricity gauges. Inner diameter precision is held within 0.01 mm with excellent concentricity — stable at high speed, resistant to chipping and wear, reducing changeover loss and lowering customers' total production cost. Our dies fit all types of multi-station cold heading machines; standard parts are in stock, and drawing- and sample-based custom tooling is welcome — complex special-shaped, eccentric, special-flower and special-structure dies can all be developed and machined, in any batch size.
