Ningbo Shengchuangxin Mould Co., Ltd., established on July 25, 2023, is an original-source manufacturer focused on R&D, production and customisation of cold heading punches, ejector pins and precision needles. Deep in fastener cold forming tooling, we deliver high-wear-resistance, long-life punch solutions for cold heading, hardware and automotive parts makers.
Our range covers tungsten-carbide punches, HSS punches, powder-steel punches, special-shaped forming punches, hex / torx / cross punches, welded carbide punches and non-standard ejector pins — in both stocked standards and custom orders, with optional Ti / TiAlN coating for higher wear resistance and lower production loss.
Using imported carbide and NACHI (Japan) high-speed steel, precision CNC grinders and optical grinding machines, we hold tight tolerances with a good balance of hardness and toughness — stable dimensions, minimal chipping at high speed, fewer changeovers and lower total die cost.
Our punches fit a wide range of multi-station cold heading machines, forming screws, bolts, rivets, automotive fasteners and special-shaped hardware parts. Drawing- and sample-based customisation is welcome — complex special-shaped, stepped, eccentric and special-flower punches can all be produced, in any batch size.
